My DT time with Scrap Pile is well and truly over, and it was sad to not receive a surprise in the mail this month. Although I haven't had much time to scrap lately, I really enjoyed spending some time creating some cards for World Card Making Day at ScrapPile. I had a great day, thanks to all the great activities the team organised. Thanks girls! You know who you are!
This card was for Jewl's Blind challenge, and it was heaps of fun. We had to follow and interpret instructions without seeing the end result first. I even ended up winning this challenge! Who wouldn't love these gorgeous Rose Moka PP! I don't think I'll ever get sick of these! Love the vibrancy!
Yep, Rose Moka again... but this time for Leone's Iris folding challenge. I loved this too. Thanks for the challenge Leone. I also added a glittered frame to highlight the folding in the centre.
Mel's challenge was to create a set of 3 cards using someone else's stamped images. I was real happy with how these turned out and loved using Jaki's gorgeous stamps! Thanks Jaki and thanks Mel for the challenge!
AND, I couldn't believe it when I was made World Card Making Day Queen!!! OMG!!
Here's a card I've just made for Jewls' monthly card challenge. The challenge was to create a circle card. I had heaps of fun with this, despite my horrendous cutting and doodling! LOL! I made this card for my girlfriend, Jules, who has just had a gorgeous little boy, Jeremy! Love these colours together!
Well, that's it for today folks...
