As much as we can...

Like Sarah Gladman {aka Leonardo's Apprentice) I couldn't help but feel that there wasn't enough we could do from here to help the Victorian Bushfire survivors, so I willingly took up the challenge to create a couple of layouts to add to her ever growing collection to send off to Victoria to help the survivors to start rebuilding their lives one step at a time.

If you would like to join in, I'm sure Sarah would be more than happy to send you her address. Just leave a comment on her blog so she knows where to send the address to.

Here are the layouts I've done today...

Our little FASHIONISTA

Couldn't resist scrapping these pics that my lil sis took of Erin on Monday...

Shopping list.

I have been really enjoying our little scrap nights with the playgroup girls. We had so much fun just yakking away, none of us got much scrapping done, but I guess we all need the outlet, and a night away from the kids!

I made this cute little shopping list clipboard on Tuesday night, while we were chatting...

I used a scrap piece of cardboard covered with Sassafras Lass PP and added a magnetic clip (from the newsagent) so I could put it on the fridge. I attached my shopping list. I still need to attach a pencil to it with a ribbon though!

A few of my latest LOs

A few of my latest LOs... well, actually, these are the first I have scrapped in over a month!! Shock, horror!! I've gone pretty simple with these. They were both for challenges over at Scrap Pile, which were super challenges. Thanks Leone & Mel!

This is Mel's challenge (although I was a little late)!
and this one is for Leone's 1-5 challenge.

Thanks for the inspiration girls! I loved doing both of them. It was nice to get back into it again with such quick and easy LOs too!

Dana & Al's big adventure begins today!!

Off to the airport we went this morning to see my lil' sis and her boyfriend leave for their big o/s adventure! Lots of laughs as we said our goodbyes. I can't believe they'll be gone for a whole year. We'll miss them heaps and so will the kids. The kids have grown very fond of their Aunty Dana & Uncle Al's visits! They'll make great parents one day!! (hint, hint!!!) NO ELOPING ALLOWED EITHER!!!!!

I made this cute little keepsake for them to take of the kids...

It was so easy to make. I used two acrylic frames, a scrap of Rose Moka PP, some alphas, rubons and a couple of cute pics of the kids. I must thank Mel for the idea though, as I had these pics and the frames lined up to complete one of her Christmas challenges, and never got to it. It was all sitting on my desk just waiting for this moment!! LOL! Thanks Mel :)
